Just because this is an MMA Forum doesn't necessarily mean that everyone here trains with an MMA based workout program.
A few things you may want to consider
-make sure your form is good
-Change up your exercises. Doing the same exercise on the same body parts over and over are eventually going to lose their effect over time.
-Make sure you are eating right and getting your body weight in grams of Protein daily.
-Make sure you are getting enough sleep
-When you get back into the swing after a layoff don't try to hit the weights heavy start out light and work your way up.
