Hey im a veteran boxer who started judo a little while ago im about 6'0" and 180 most of my coaches tell me that if i train hard for the next 1 to 2 years ill prob be ready to compete my initial plan was to gain about 20 to 30 more pounds of lean muscle then once ive gained the desired amount to cut hard, focusing on not losing any muscle mass but right now the powerlifting is getting in the way of cardio. Should i keep up my routine and worry about the cardio more once im up to weight or should i focus more on the cardio training and gradually gain mass while keeping my weight down

It's very difficult to do both at the same time. I would suggest bulking up first and then cutting. If you wanna do both at the same time follow DeFrancos WSFSB routine:

What a stud
