want more energy
I want to eat for power and energy. I am not trying to bulk up, in fact like most women I would like to lose weight.
I already know about lean protein/complex carbs/green vegetables/antioxidants etc. and I take fish oil and a B-100 every day, also 1000 mg vitamin C and iron b/c otherwise i'm anemic.
I heard that eating an alkaline green vegetable with lean protein would help you absorb all the nutrients better. I have no idea if this is true. I need to know what fruits and vegetables have the most vitamins etc. that will give me energy for my normal workouts, which are running and tkd conditioning/sparring.
Some of you guys seem to be able to eliminate sugar I don't think I could do that. I'm sure it would help but then I prolly do a lot more cardio than most of you.
