These are the basics you should have

Whey Protein
Mutlivitamin
Fish Oil

You should try to get your body weight in Protein Daily.

It's hard to really say what to use because everyone's body chemistry is different.

I'd get a decent Nitric Oxide like White Flood. If you want a decent Creatine you could try Green Magnitude both made by Controlled Labs.

I wouldn't go with anything hormonal right now. You don't really need anymore testosterone right now.

well Novadex is normally around $35. But I got both of them for $30

I'd like to have some NOLVA on hand in case I ever decide to run Halodrol but I don't know where to find it.... legally anyway.

Southpaw, any suggestions on multivitamins? Just a normal one I can buy from like, costco?

Also, I was looking at henry's for potassium supplements. And I found several but they only had 2.5-6.5% daily value of potassium. What's up with that? Seems stupidly low for a supplement.

I prefer a whole food multivitamin. Alive is the Multivitamin I take (pictured in my Original Post)

Whole Food Multivitamins are better because given the ingredients are derived from Food it's easier on the stomach and your body can utilize the nutrients better and therefore, it will work better. The one I use you can order online for like $20 for a month supply.

Legally, places that sell vitamins and minerals like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe etc, can't sell Potassium supplementation with, I believe more than 99mg. Because too much potassium can give you heart palpitations and can even be fatal if too much is taken.

Protein/Fish Oil/Vitamin.

I used to get caught up in supplements but I no longer beleive the hype. I'll take Creatine Mono sometimes as well depending on the mood. That's about it lately.

i haven't bought any specialized supplements etc. but I take vitamins b, c, iron, fish oil.

BTW every time I take vitamin B before I know i'm going to have a few drinks i don't feel as bad the next morning, it helps stop the dehydration that leads to headache and tiredness and generally feeling like sh*t.

When you say consume your body weight in protein, I don't know what that means. like how many ounces should u eat in relation to your body weight?

He means in grams. So if you weigh 180lbs then you'd try to get around 180 grams of protein a day.

that's if you guys just want to maintain your current weight. If you are planning on adding more mass you have to go 2-2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.
