i haven't bought any specialized supplements etc. but I take vitamins b, c, iron, fish oil.
BTW every time I take vitamin B before I know i'm going to have a few drinks i don't feel as bad the next morning, it helps stop the dehydration that leads to headache and tiredness and generally feeling like sh*t.
When you say consume your body weight in protein, I don't know what that means. like how many ounces should u eat in relation to your body weight?
