that's if you guys just want to maintain your current weight. If you are planning on adding more mass you have to go 2-2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.
2-2.5g/lb is kinda really excessive. I'd say 1.5g/lb would be the maximum that you'd need, unless you're also taking steroids or doing the kind of stuff that would be overtraining if you weren't taking a metric shitton of supplements in addition.
