My special workout~
Hello i have started going to the gym actively about 2-3 months ago i have gotten much stronger but im still not confident i have a good workout plan... so id like one of the more experienced people here to help me out with a plan..that would be like 3-5 days a week
I am 5'10.5 and about 175 lbs and my goal isnt to get really big id like to get toned and lose some chest and lower belly fat so i guess id do more sets lower weights higher reps etc and less break to sweat and some cardio after or whatever and even if someone could help me find out how many calories i should eat a day to lose a bit of weight....and then concentrate on getting bigger if that is how i feel when my goals are achieved.
And also what supplements would be good for me...and i dont really want to use hydroxycut but i hear it works really good but id have a feeling it would slow my metabolism after i get off it...how do you guys feel about hydroxycut?
Any helps/tips/plans would be highly appreciated!
