Hey, ive been training for nearly a year, and have almost gotten fully back in shape. I've dropped from 235 to 184 since ive started training (put on alot of weight and really let myself go when i had my little boy). My problem now is that i seem to have plateu'd between 180-185 and i cant seem to drop anymore weight, i have roughly 14-16% body fat and i am 5"9. I plan on fighting at 170 so this is a problemn for me. Any suggestions? Or anyone know of some fat cutting supplements worth checking out? Thanks.
