Hey, ive been training for nearly a year, and have almost gotten fully back in shape. I've dropped from 235 to 184 since ive started training (put on alot of weight and really let myself go when i had my little boy). My problem now is that i seem to have plateu'd between 180-185 and i cant seem to drop anymore weight, i have roughly 14-16% body fat and i am 5"9. I plan on fighting at 170 so this is a problemn for me. Any suggestions? Or anyone know of some fat cutting supplements worth checking out? Thanks.

before you consider supplements you need to make sure your diet is in check.

For weight loss you need to be eliminating carbs before you eliminate fat. This is a common misconception among Americans, that fat is bad. And in a way it is. But your body needs fat for a variety of reasons.

Make sure you keep carbs low and Green Vegetables high. Don't starve yourself because that won't accomplish anything.

As far as supplements you may want to look into Tonalin CLA, Green Tea Extract or maybe Hoodia.

Fat Burners are good but only deliver temporary gains. Twin Labs Ripped Fuel, Controlled Labs REDuction, Nutrex Lipo6 and MAN Scorch are some of the better fats burners that are, for the most part, stimulant based.


If you are looking to go hormonal, Lean Xtreme by Designer Supplements, and 11-0X0 by Ergopharm are good choices just make sure you are familiar with cycling before you start using them

Atrophex blows. Don't waste your time or money. BSN is all hype. The only good product they have is their protein. Everything else sucks.

well what would ya reccomend then southpaw? hydroxycut worked nicely for me when i used it years ago when it still had ephedra in it.

You can still get ephedra. If you look around on the net.

Lipodrene, Yellow Bullets, MethylDrene, Yellow Devils etc.

In fact if you go to your local Pharmacy you can pick up a bronkaid pretty easily
