First off stay away from Muscletech. Their products are overhyped, overpriced and underdosed and the results (if you even happen to get any) are never worth what they make you pay for them.
Just to get you started you need
-Whey Protein ( I recommend ON 100% Whey or ON Pro Complex)
-Also get a Slow Digesting Protein (Syntha-6 is good if you are looking for taste)
-Dessicated Liver (Beverly International Ultra 40 or Universal Uni-Liver) (liver tabs are a great source of minerals and Amino Acids)
-Pre Workout (Millennium Sport Ragnarok, MAN Clout, Animal Pump, Universal Shock Therapy and White Flood are all good ones)
If you want to do a creatine/post workout (SizeOn, Green Mag, and Universal Torrent are all good choices
You need roughly 250g of protein/day given your weight.
High Calories and High Complex Carbs.
