Yes. Any alcohol is going to be bad for physical training. However, some people do drink some when they are training and can still get good results. It's really about you individually. One thing to keep in mind is that it will dehydrate you rapidly so drink a lot of water or mixers with your liquor.

I also worth noting that alcohol can increase estrogen levels (or so I have read) so I wouldn't do it too much.

vodka or other alcohol drinks - get you dehydrated and drain vitamins/minerals from your body.
one of the way to no-hangover next day is a lot of water and multivitamin before sleep. That's why hangover actually happens - not enough vitamins in the body and a lot of toxins.

for me usually bottle of beer after good training gets me feeling shitty.

Fedor Emelianenko drinks vodka so I wouldnt worry to much as long as you dont go overboard.

Fun trivia: In danish "kamp" means "match" or "fight". So Martin Kampmann really lives up to his name.

Hey lets do some crack kids, it's ok because Whitney Houston does it.

Fedor's alcohol tolerance levels are probably far superior when it comes to vodka than most kids who post on here (unless they have a severe drink problem).

The guy's probably been drinking vodka since he was a kid.

With regards to the opster and his alcohol concerns, in moderation alcohol can be enjoyed, however the more you drink the more you'll feel the effects (obviously).

vodka is one of the more purer types of alcohol and can be consumed with say fresh orange juice which contains vitamins which aid in your body repair.

going out most nights getting smashed and expecting to perform at a good standard is retarded, so as said in moderation.
