Where to start?
Well I'd like to think I'm in decent shape:
bench 1rm: 235
squat 1rm: 430
curl 1rm: 120
mile time: 7:15
Anyways, weight training aside. I have BARELY any MMA training aside from stuff a friend of mine has taught me. I have 1 year of high school wrestling, which wasn't much teaching, behind me. I just don't know where to start, for technique training and all that jazz.
Any help appreciated.
