Best Healthy Way To Drop Weight.

What would you say is a good way to drop weight that does little harm?
I am sort of outta shape and I could lose 15-20 pounds pretty easy with just a little bit of dieting.
But I need to lose another 10-15 after that to get down to the 130 Weight class.

Any cheap suggestions?

Personally i don't like to cut alot of weight only maybe a couple kg's which is about 6,7lbs.

To lose 10lbs shouldn't be that much drama just limit your water intake a couple days before the fight so your not fully dehydrating yourself which is a big shock to the body to just cut water out suddenly. Just limit what your drinking and limit it down... go for a brisk walk with a hoody an tracky pants on or even a slow jog, hit the pads, go through some light drills just to work up a sweat, if worst comes to worst then you hit the sauna... but thats if worst comes to worst an your an hour out an ya don't think you're going to make weight.

Hope that makes some sense there are some good articles in google so just search in there about cutting weight.

Colon evacuation is a free 5-7 lbs.

a 72 hour food/water restriction (eating little drinking little but it's important that you DO eat and drink some) and a colon evacuation will get you there comfortably.

Eat clean, and exercise right. You'll be fine, a ten pound cut like like 2 days of work... its easy, if you get in the sauna, limit food and water intake, you should be fine. Also you use tobacco, try dip. The spitting actually does count, I lost a pound on an eight hour bus ride between spitting and making a head call.

My advice was for a prefight weight cut. This advice is perfect for the fat loss.

Im trying to change the lifestly to get there.. I would like to be at the weight i want all year around. I Pole Vauly in the spring so i have to be down on weight for that.

And all those who said to drink little, we do a hydration test the afternoon before a match, and if you arent hydrated, then you arent gonna get in on any action.

if weigh in is the day before the fight and hydration test is day of it wouldn't effect by weight cut anyway.
