well i need more fiber...anyone kno of any good foods that contain a lot of fiber....now i mean good food

If you don't like whole wheat products (like some pastas and cereals) I would go with apples, carrots, grapes, strawberries, blackberries, celery, oatmeal, rye bread, brown rice, sunflower seeds, black beans, lima beans, baked beans....it really depends on what you think of as "good" food.

i knew about apples...does it matter what kind of apples and also it must have the skin right?...glad potatoes are good cause i like them a lot as well as grapes...im not big on wheat products...but ill give some of those a try

Yes, all types of apples are good and you do need to eat the skin, same with potatoes. Bananas do have fiber, but not as much as the other foods I mentioned.
