Kenny Konverse has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Energy Drinks

I've been wondering if it would be a good idea to drink like Redbull, or Monster, or even Rockstar before a fight or training.. is it healthy? would it cause me to crash in the middle of training or a fight? what are your opinions?

I'd go with a 6 hour energy by stacker as it doesn't contain large amounts of caffeine and sugar, which, is what causes you to crash.

The 6 hour energy shots have caffeine but a very very small amount, along with some Amino Acids and B Vitamins for healthy sustained energy.

If you can stand the Apple Cider Vodka burning taste, Ergopharm Clearshot is the shit! The energy is so high and sustained it's a wonder why it isn't illegal and there is no crash at all

I usually drink a shot of espresso before hitting the weights or riding. It's good in caffeine and doesn't feel heavy in my stomach, its only a shot after all.

Energy drinks like red bull and monster feel a bit heavy in my stomach for working out. I drank a red bull on the hiking trail once, after a nice 9% hill for a 1/4 mile, I threw it up.

Carbonated drinks + Physically demanding activities = me not feeling very well.
