Flexibility training

My flexibility has really gone down hill the past 2 years. Anyone have a flexibility workout they do in like a half hour or so? Id really appreciate it if anyone could help. I dont like to do these types of workouts(its my weakest link, so i have to do them now more than ever please help),but being more flexible is pretty essential at the moment.

Do whatever other workouts you normally do, and then stretch AFTER your other workouts.

I spent a couple of years not getting any more flexible, because I'd stretch alone, or before a workout. Someone told me that, and in a year I was doing side-splits.

Defecato, ergo sum.

I agree with the yoga advice. It is more than just stretching. While stretching is involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. I tried yoga a few times, and it really kicked my butt.

Yeah I am thrown in with the yoga lovers here. I've been doing yoga for three years now and I just cannot imagine not including yoga as part of my routine.
