My flexibility has really gone down hill the past 2 years. Anyone have a flexibility workout they do in like a half hour or so? Id really appreciate it if anyone could help. I dont like to do these types of workouts(its my weakest link, so i have to do them now more than ever please help),but being more flexible is pretty essential at the moment.
