just starting out, need help plz
Hello all, I am new to the forums and need a little help in a good diet. IM 152lbs and want to get somewhere in 135-140lbs by February. Id like to gain muscle mass while losing couple lbs here n there. What should I eat and not eat? Also, would running 20-30mins 3 days a week a good cardio for this?
