Cardio Help

i just indjured my foot last night at boxing and it rele hearts so bouncne on my feet and put alot of weight on it. but i have a fight in 4 days but cant run wit my foot indjury, what would u sugest i do for cardio the next couple days. plze need help dont know wat to do

One of those bicycle machines might not stress it to much.
