Skinny Wrists and Ankles

I have really skinny wrists and ankles. Is there any way I can thicken them out or am I just screwed genetically?

Why would you want to thicken them out for, strength gain or cosmetic gain? or both?

The wrist doesn't really have any muscle in it, its bone and tendins, so there isn't alot you could do about it other than putting on fat.

You can increase your forearm size however, and wrist curls can increase the strength in your wrists, along with grip strengthening equipment that can have an impact on strength in that region of the body.

Ankles - again just working the muscles around this region vastly improves the overall strength, such as the calf area. calf raises and squatting is good for this.

Yeah man I have skinny wrists to and could never get them any bigger its not worth putting on fat just so you can have big wrists though.

I'm walking at a lean 215 and still have tiny wrists. if you've got em you're stuck with em.

Skinny ankles are better than thick ankles. Thick ankles weigh more, weight on the legs makes you slow at everything. I guess thick ankles might help for the CC lhk but thats all. And avoiding ankle injuries. Nearly all atheletes aside from power lifters have skinny ankles.
