Right now I take whey and soy mixed together plus 2 nos stimulator pills with 3-4 creatine pills before the my workout whey plus 2 more nos stimulator pills plus 4 creatine pills after my workout. on top of that I eat 4 eggwhites every morining on my workout days. To be honest with ya the results I see arent to rewarding if ya know what i mean. Bigger quicker is what I want with out the juice.

I'm not one to hate on Gaspari, they made some good shit, like 5 years ago.

Creatine is only going to do so much for such a short time period.

I can personally vouch for Plasmajet, it sucks.

Superpump is decent, nothing to orgasm over.

SizeOn is one of the best Creatine products out there, but... it's just creatine

The Liquigels are crap

Novedex is good.

make sure you're taking in enough protein. Preferably spread over 6 meals.

your diet is the most important thing for mass gain. Then your workout, then supplements.

with what you're taking you should be seeing gains so either your diet or your workout are lacking.

also some people aren't reactive to creatine. It's possible that you're one of them. do logs and see if you're actually getting results from it. If not stop buying it.

Get your diet down right before you start supplements. Learn your body before you put things into it.

But 3 things that are very normal to take before adding any other supps into you is...

1. A daily Multi-vitamin. That way you know your getting all your vitamins and not shorting out. Doesn't make a huge difference but you'll defiantly benefit.

2. Fish Oil. Weather its the actual oil or pill you take, it is one of the best things to take. It is all good fat that comes from Omega 3's which are from fish and you don't normally get every day. You need your good fats, I take 3 pills a day, breaky, lunch, and dinner.

3. Protein. It's hard to keep a 5-6 portioned meal plan and consistently do it. Taking protein supplements are a great way to get a meal in really quick.

And depending on your body weight you should be getting around 1g per pound of Protein and 2g for Carbs.

EX: If you weigh 200 lbs.
Protein: 200gs
Carbs: 400gs

Carbs are known as the devil in a lot of cases but if you skip on your carbs you feel like shit, they give you a ton of energy that you need. Eat most of your carbs during breakfast and lunch because you don't need a whole whack of carbs at night when you use your body the least, unless your having crazy while trapeze sex.

As long as it's not steroids or illegal to use to compete with, I don't see a problem with it at all. I couldn't tell you what supplement is best for boxers, that would be something I'd ask a gym trainer or a personal trainer.
