I took that once upon a time. Kind of a shit product, I didn't see any benefits except gaining weight, most of it being fat. I'd suggest getting off it but don't listen to me if it works for you. Some supplements work better than others, take what's best for you.

I haven't had a problem with body fat. I've always been very thin and since I started working out at 14 I became very defined and cut. Once I got older I decided I wanted to gain weight in muscle mass and I needed a good high calorie supplement to add to my diet. Its been a good product for me. I can't find a good carb and protein supplement that isn't super expensive though

Attero Dominatus.

Go with either True Mass by BSN or Cytogainer from Cytosport. While Cytogainer is a pure whey protein shake, it has a full day's serving of creatine added. True Mass doesn't have any creatine, but it does have six different forms of protein for a time release effect. Both gainers have a great amount of protein and carbs, high in calories, and relatively economical on the wallet.

Also a very good product, and probably one of the best priced if you are on a budget.
