supplements

im 16, weigh 167 and im about 5"11, and i train in kick boxing/mma i got good size, right now all i take at the moment is multivitamins(after breakfast/after dinner), hydroxycut hardcore(when i first wake up/middle of the day or before workout), and nitro-tech hardcore 2-3 times aday. i was wondering after im done with my nitro-tech if i should switch to something better for training. and also i was gonna get naNO Vapor but the guy told me at gnc that i was 2 young to take it and i didnt need it. anyone have suggestions on anything i said.

You are 16, I think you shouldnt worry about supplements too much.. just eat properly and get alot of protein.

Whey protein is fine for you; I could actually reasonably agree with a creatine cycle as well depending on how your body reacts to it.

Nitric oxide isn't needed. You're at the young age where you don't really need to get pumped up for a workout, wouldn't worry about it now. Should be one of the lowest priorities behind a multi/whey/creatine/intra supplement.

At your age, just stick to eating right and lifting properly with good form.

The only thing I recommend getting is Whey Protein, Multivitamin and Fish Oil.

I wouldn't even bother with creatine.
