im 16, weigh 167 and im about 5"11, and i train in kick boxing/mma i got good size, right now all i take at the moment is multivitamins(after breakfast/after dinner), hydroxycut hardcore(when i first wake up/middle of the day or before workout), and nitro-tech hardcore 2-3 times aday. i was wondering after im done with my nitro-tech if i should switch to something better for training. and also i was gonna get naNO Vapor but the guy told me at gnc that i was 2 young to take it and i didnt need it. anyone have suggestions on anything i said.
