Need some opinions on where to go with my training
Im 5'9", weigh 205-210. I used to be in better shape but have never been built very big. I have some definition, probably more than the average guy on the street. However, im looking for mass. Im ok with gaining a few pounds cause i can usually knock a few pounds off pretty quicky by cycling.
Right now I cycle anywhere between 8 and 12 miles a day depending on how i feel. i have a couple 30 pound dumbells that i started lifting about 3 weeks ago and im seeing some results, but nothing huge. I also have need doind some pushups. This is nothing compared to what im looking for. I want Mass and im willing to work hard for it. I dont have money for expensive equiptment or personal trainers. i can probably work out a gym membership if i need too though. im willing and hardworking, i just need direction. please help.
