Question New to MMA, and I want to make weight

Hey everybody. I'm pretty much new to MMA. I'm 6ft 235 lbs. I'm basically looking for tips to make weight because I want to move down to 205 relatively soon.

I work 12 hour shifts at the hospital, but I still find time to work out. I used to play football, so I'm in good shape and am very strong (linebacker).

Are there any at home exercises that will help me lose the weight? and do you have any nutrition tips for me?

Thanks a lot in advance

Don't exercise, are you insane? Best way is to chop off your legs.

High Protein, Low Fat, Low Carb, Low Calorie Diet is what is going to best for you.

If you can make it to a gym, then do that because working out at home doesn't have the same benefits as working out at an actual gym.

If you really can't make it to the gym, check out Rosstraining.com he has some books and techniques that are great
