I think I need a change

So, I've got the training aspect of my life down pretty well. I've been MMA training for 9 months now, I've lost 95lbs doing it. But I still have a ways to go. I need to lose another 80lbs for the fall So I can fight.

I Think my problem right now is my food. I don't know if its a problem so much, But I think I need to change something and I have no clue what to change.

Currently I'm eating a lot of white meats and fish. Lots of chicken, lots of tuna, a tiny bit of turkey *thats my vice I love the stuff* I've cut out soda and juices completely. I have 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning. skim milk no sugar. *by cups.. i mean small coffee cups you get from your cabinet.. not huge coffee comes from x chain store*

I eat a lot of veggies and cherry tomatoes, I try to eat 6x a day but I work 40-60 hours a week and train 6 days so it gets complicated. Im usually eating 3-4 meals. I try to have a light breakfast. I dont have time to cook in the morning so I usually have a wheat bagel or protien shake. Lunch usually consists of chicken and salad.. if I'm out on a job and I have no choice I'll stop at subway and just have them make me a salad w/some pepper and go to town. Dinner I will have chicken breast, brown rice, steamed veggies.. sometimes *once a week* i'll replace the chicken with some steak. I'm taking multi-vitamens, Drinking xtend through out the day. I fill a gallon and drink that, I also drink it for training.

That has made a HUGE difference in my training level. As for protien I get a lot with the foods I eat but I also have isopure *mixed with water only* after every training session.

I am sure there are holes in my diet, But I've done it this way and I've lost a lot of weight really fast.

Please, I need suggestions as to what I can do to get everything else in check. I don't want to go on a diet where I will starve myself, If I am not content/hungry I will just start eating anything I see. So I cannot afford to starve myself and I think thats kind of stupid anyways.

Sorry for the wall. I'm on my lunch and about to go back to putting together another server. YAY!

You're missing one key ingredient - fried foods. You eat at least 3 meals with something fried in it, and you'll be dropping weight in no time.

I like to eat bars because they are a quick snack but you have to check out the nutritional facts on those because a good percentage of them have more fat and sugar than you would think. I also like to eat yogurt and mandarin oranges when I am cutting because it doesn't make me dehydrated and it helps the weight come off quick. I also try to eat some nuts because they have good fats in them and they taste good.

I dont really like nuts so much, only ones i used to eat were honey roasted.. obviously bad. does peanutbutter count?! haha.

I have not eaten anything fried since I started training, and I wont. I have a goal to meet, and its the only thing in my sights right now. bars are so expensive, Im trying to survive in a location where the cost of living is higher then most. Thank god I have a decent job but money is tight right now.

what about taking 2 of my meals as liquid meals. protien shakes for both of them.. would 3 shakes per day be overkill? I know that the muscle breaks down protien into aminoacids, add in that I'm constantly drinking aminoacids as well... could this lead to harm in my body?

Bars are only expensive if you but them individually. Go to like Trader Joe's and buy boxes of 6 for like 2.50 and its not so bad whereas if you buy them individually you will pay the same price for one or two of them.
