fighting supplements

I've been training for a few months and my coach recommended some supplements to me. He said I should take A-ATP bc the guy at the store was saying it makes you stronger and reduces reaction time. Has anybody heard of this?

If you've tried it, please let me know. I don't have money or time to waste on products that don't work. If you can recommend something I would apreciate it.

I would go with Beta Alanine if you are looking for a supplement geared towards fight performance. Buy it in bulk or in a Pre Workout mix
