Looking for some help guys

Ok its time for me to get the weight gone for Summer my Side obliques have been getting out of control all the weight i have is sitting in my side and i want to get rid of it.. Where to start guys..

I run a mile each day and do sit up and crunches but m sides seem to be staying there.

eat less
eat few meals, don't count the calories just make sure its not much more than a handful, so eat every 2 hours

quit drinking soda

excercise is just part of it diet is what will make the weight go away

Try to eat 6 small meals a day.

Limit Carbohydrates, Salts, and excessive fats. Don't eliminate them completely just don't eat them excessively.

Eat a lot of green vegetables and fruits (preferably berries) and protein.

Make sure to have protein with each meal.

Keep going with the cardio. And check out Crossfit.com they have a seemingly unlimited amount of workouts that will help you drop weight and get in good condition.

Check out some L-Carnitine and CLA

All about the diet, bro. Fat free yogurt, fat free milk, Kashi cereal is real quality taste wise and less fattening then brands like cheerios, nutri gram bars, and vegetables/fruits with some lean meat.

Cut out the soda, drink strictly water. No more shitty junk food like bags of chips, fast food, CAKE, brownies, cookies, popcorn, etc,.

Low fat/moderate carbs/moderate protein intake.

What i do is i drink lots of water i do situps, crunches, pull ups, push ups and Run alot..

I stick to mostly green vegies and salads i sometimes have Chineese food cause well lets face it its good haa.. but should i also take like Whey Protein or anything? when running?

I don't really lift cause i don't want to get big i just wana get fit you know..

You could still lift and do high reps with lighter weight. The best fat burner is lean muscle, 1 pound of it burns 6 pounds of fat in a year! and it burns round the clock. Lift to tone, you will get bigger, but it will help. And you cant spot fat attack your love handles, your body burns fat where it wants, keep at it they should tone up. It isnt and overnight thing either itll take some time.

I keep my sides trim via weighted side bends and baseball swings with a kettlebell.

Of course Diet is probably a big part.

Who cares though Niko can't you just Photoshop them off? :P

Go lift. It's not like you're going to turn into Ahnold with a few sessions in the gym.

Every pound of muscle you add burns more calories even if you aren't doing anything else, and if you ARE doing other exercise (which you are), the extra muscle burns even more.

Add just five pounds of muscle, keep up your other work, and you'll see a difference. You'll feel stronger, you'll look better, too. And no matter how many chicks say "I don't like muscly guys", once they get their hands on some muscles... they turn into putty.
