Good Training with heavy bag and jump rope.

I just bought a heavy bag and jump rope and was wondering if there's any specific cycles or tips to training by using just those two. I have access to the gym, but i was wondering if there's any cycles i could just do using the heavy bag and jump rope.
Thanks.
I do have Hand Wraps and MMA gloves.

anyways to OP: you need to get some hand wraps and 14-16ounce boxing gloves. this is going to sound lame, but go to youtube and type in heavy bag combos or something like that.

Is your goal simply cardio?

-Jump rope for 2.5 mins
-30 secs of push ups
-Jump rope for 2.5 mins
-30 secs of push ups
-Run for 5 mins with 3 lb weights in your hands (punch while running)
-Do pyramid kicks on the bag (1 left kick, 1 right kick, 2 left kicks, 2 right kicks, etc up to 5)

And go from there. Thats a good warm up. After that then throw some combos at the bag. You can use youtube or just make some up.

Jab Cross hook
Jab cross hook cross switch kick
cross hook clinch knee left elbow

Just make up stuff and have fun while focusing on technique.
