I have noticed since I started taking ON chocolate protein I have had some cramping issues in my stomach. Has anyone had this problem.

does it contain lactose? if yes maybe you are lactose intolerant or perhaps you are intolerant to one of its ingredients

I am going to try a lactose free milk and see if this takes care of the problem. I have never really noticed a problem before. I will see what happens.

Are you mixing the protein with milk or water? If you want a good whey protein with zero lactose try Natures Best Isopure.

You may or may not know that Whey is derived from milk, however it really shouldn't be that bad enough to make you cramp. If you are mixing it with milk that may be the problem.

I know with water it tastes nasty but if it works......

it does, but when i mix it with just milk it gets super creamy, i usually put a cup of milk and 1/4 of water so it just flows down you know

Don't over think this. If it gives you cramps, try something else.

Demian Maia may be the Fred Astaire of jiu-jitsu, but it’s too bad Silva is the Gene Kelly of kicking everyone’s ass.
