Hey i just took up MMA about 2 weeks ago but have been lifting weights religiously for 4 years now. My MMA training is being cut short every nite after about 2 hours with inflamed elbows...yes i know this is tendinitous (and is caused from all the lifting) I have been told by some it will go away and some people say it will not? I need to know am i spinning my wheels with doing this and am gona have to battle this shit for life? or will my tendons eventually get use to it (i dont know if constant tear repairs it stronger like a muscle) Also if its going to go away how long. No i can not c a doc my health insurance is not got for 60 more days so that is out of question i now am taking aleve Icing and heating. Any opinions or people with the same problem please comment much appreciated.
