Cutting weight

Hey guys

Just some pointers on cutting weight have my first mauy thai fight six weeks time weiging 76kg after heavying training lastnight want to fight at around 70-72kg.

Just strated traing twice a day three mile run in the morning followed by kettle bell circuit . Then evenings hour an half to two hour usual tech, bag, pads, sparring etc

I want cut weight while keeping muscle my body fat is around 12%.

Any pointers would be much appericated .

Weigh in the day off the fight
