mornings?
so now i've started to become more strict on mma training. and i want a good morning workout, and some examples for a good breakfast.
on lifting days i have oatmeal and fruit in the morning. another thing is i'm gonna have school in the morning so something like 30 minutes would be great |
Your breakfast is all wrong, just go for the menu at Burger King and you can't go wrong. This isn't doing anything for me anymore, I'm drinking.

Run. Quickest and most efficient workout you can do with 30mins because it's just shoes on - go! Eat when you get back. Oatmeal and fruit is awesome, but add some protein too....couple eggs combined with the milk in the cereal should do it. Or put a couple of scoops on protein powder in your oatmeal. |
Eggs, toast, a protein shake, and possibly bacon. That's usuallyy what I try to eat every morning. Sometimes I'll switch from bacon to Kashi Go Lean Cereal.
