Beta Alanine or Carnosine?
I've just recently been introduced to beta alanine (where the hell have I been? Who knows...). From what I've been reading (correct me if I'm wrong), taking beta alanine causes the BA to react with a natural chemical in the body and create carnosine. Correct?
Now my question is; would it be better to take beta alanine and let this process occur naturally, or just take a carnosine supplement? Also does anyone have any recommendations on good BA or Carnosine supplements?
I asked this same question on sherdog and all I got were smart ass answers that didn't tell me anything.
