calories intake

Im currently weighting 195 and im 5 11, training 6 to 7 days a week, jui-jitsu 4x a week, kikboxing 4x a week, I also have a mma class 2x a week and the rest of the time I go to the gym to do cardio and weight lifting. I eat 6 to 8 times a day and I was wondering how many calories should I eat in a day?

I eat around 1900-2700 a day. Im usually under 170 @ 5'9"

I do kickboxing 3-4 times a week, running and weight training 5 times a week.

Depends on what you want.

From my own personal experience, cutting and building muscle at the same time is tough. You need to eat very very clean in order to be able to feed growing muscles and also to lose fat, during wrestling seasons I would do a lot of cardio outside of practice, usually trying to big hills as that helps get your heart rate up to burn fat. But you should also try and do some circuit type training which will help you accomplish both goals.
