What do you guys think about fat burners as an addition to a healthy diet and exercise? A friend of mine suggested Arson or Hot Rox. What's your opinion? Do these things work or are they just a publicity hype?
I would say don't use them. Good nutrition and exercise will get you to where you want to be. A lot of that stuff is just caffeine with fillers in it. Don't buy into them. It's a waste of money.
