I usually take a shake, and like 30 minutes later get some whole wheat pasta or something like that in me. I have no idea what the breakup of my shake is in %. Also, you said you cant get whey, do you know what protien you can get? Soy? Or something like that? If money is the issue check out bodybuilding.com it is a very cheap and fast online store.
Yep. Very good, quality online store. They ship quickly to me, usually takes them about two and a half - three business days for me to get my order from them but I'm a regular buyer there and spent at least $500 a year on that site. Don't know if you're qualified to order off of there because you're from Germany but it'd definitely be worth the try.
