BSN True Mass Chocolate 5.75 Lbs.

Hey, I was wondering if I should take True Mass for gaining muscle. I don't want to use Creatine or anything like that because of the side effects, but give me your opinions on True Mass. I can buy it for $34.99 at the mall. If you know of any other better mass gainers, tell me.

Could you be so kind as to elaborate on the side effects of creatine? The only ones I'm aware of are... gaining muscle, wouldn't call it a bad thing though.

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.

Don't even try the mass gainers. You gain a ton of unnecessary fat along with the little muscle it helps build. Totally not worth it unless you have to put size on for football or something like that.

The only negative sides I can think of are stomach discomfort, bloating, and possible kidney damgage (however unless you are taking ridiculously large doses for long periods and without enough water consumption it shouldn't even be a problem.

I personally don't take creatine because the gains cease after ceasing use of creatine and it's not worth the money.

I actually think a gainer would be better.

I'd go with Up Your Mass though since the carb source is of better quality.

And if you are trying to pack on weight who gives shit if you intake some fat. Gainers have blends or fast and slow digesting proteins, carbs, fat and high calories it's basically the equivalent of eating a meal.

Just don't substitute the gainer shakes for every meal or snack.

One prior to workout and one at another time during the day should be fine and thats an extra 1200-1400 calories per day.
