Question about HIIT
 
Hi guys, i've started HIIT three times a week Monday-Wednesday-Friday. My question is should i rest Tuesday and Thursday? Is it safe to lift weight those days or will that tire my body out completely?

I know Im a newbie on here but not too much of one in the training. I train 4-5 days a week in the gym and do hiit 2-3 times a week. I would say you would be safe training those other two days no problem.

Yea dude... it's safe to lift.. do make sure you are at least taking 1-2 days off a week though..
