i was reading up some stuff about cycling with creatine. i've been using creatine for months without stopping is that bad? and if i cycle will i have more gains or should i just continue? if it helps i lift 3 times a week m,w,f.
Certain creatine products will require cycling. I use BSN's NO-Explode and Cell-Mass, both of which call for taking a 4 week break every 12 weeks. Check your product info to see what it says.
Cycling off and givng your body a break will ensure that your body doesn't become unresponsive or desensitized. If you stay on it for too long without a break it could lose it's effect.
Take like 4 weeks off and then go back on.
I did that with my pre workout product when I felt it started to lose it's effect. When I started using it again the first dose felt like I had just snorted coke, it was like my first ever dose all over again
ROFL! good way to put it... **** i guess i will.. but liek i just bought some ON pre-load creatine and some SIZEON creatine... shit
but i don't take creatine everyday, only on workout days, so like mwf i use it but tues and thurs and the weekend i don't. would that be considered as cycling?
Size-On needs to be mixed with about 24 ounces of water. The label's recommendation to only use 16 makes all the flavors taste nasty.
