Certain creatine products will require cycling. I use BSN's NO-Explode and Cell-Mass, both of which call for taking a 4 week break every 12 weeks. Check your product info to see what it says.

Cycling off and givng your body a break will ensure that your body doesn't become unresponsive or desensitized. If you stay on it for too long without a break it could lose it's effect.

Take like 4 weeks off and then go back on.

I did that with my pre workout product when I felt it started to lose it's effect. When I started using it again the first dose felt like I had just snorted coke, it was like my first ever dose all over again

Not really it won't do you any harm to stay on for an extended period of time, but if you ever feel like it's not working like it used to, take a break and then go back on

Size-On is a great Creatine BTW!

Size-On is probably right at the top of the creatine list. It's a good product to stack with SuperPump 250 also from Gaspari.

The Grape Flavor is a lot better. If you want to try a different creatine I suggest Green Magnitude by Controlled Labs

Size-On needs to be mixed with about 24 ounces of water. The label's recommendation to only use 16 makes all the flavors taste nasty.
