pain after deadlift

i was doing deadlifts on monday, and recently i have this not much of a pain but a little like weird pain in my lower back literally above my butt. on the bone, it's nothing super painful but it's just a little like poke, it doesn't feel like a pinched nerve and everything else is just right. but does anyone know what this might be and if its serious?

Just go lighter and focus on working with good form. It's not about the weight, it's about the form. Do the exercises properly and then work your way up.

Hope you figure the problem out, man.

I had the same problem and I know exactly what it is.

Don't Jerk the bar!

Lift the bar in a controlled fashion, don't jerk the weight up.

Drive with your legs.

The pain is like right on the tailbone, right?

Also videotape yourself so you can really see how your lift looks.
