i was doing deadlifts on monday, and recently i have this not much of a pain but a little like weird pain in my lower back literally above my butt. on the bone, it's nothing super painful but it's just a little like poke, it doesn't feel like a pinched nerve and everything else is just right. but does anyone know what this might be and if its serious?
Just go lighter and focus on working with good form. It's not about the weight, it's about the form. Do the exercises properly and then work your way up.
what i do is i put a mirror in front and on the side of me
and after reading the stuff on the link i make sure to not hyperextend and to always keep my bar on my shins to my thighs
