The main reason behind it is that you just take the high quantity of the meal and not emphasize on the healthy and quality of the food.

To gain weight do consume more proteins, take energy drinks and increase caloric intake. Do add smarter food in your daily meals and increase no. of meals. Do start workout, lift weights and take supplements.

tips for gaining weight

Gaining weight is also desire of many people.The main reason behind it is their body metabolism. Gaining weight fast requires a lot of dedication, hard work as well as a lot of time. To gain weight, you must go for a healthy diet, good sleep as well as regular exercise.

Weight gain is not a difficult task. With high calories food and protein we can gain weight easily. Fast food and eggs contain protein and lot of calories so these things are good for weight gain.

Some tips for you to gain weight.
Increase your number of meals and add banana, milk, cheese, yogurt, potato, rice and root beats more in your daily meals. Workout regulalry, lift weights, take supplements and drink enerhy fluids.

As per my experience you should eat more and more and then after sleep. Its a better way to gain weight. More sleep helps to increase weight.

Eat more proteins and crabs and work out! Working out builds muscles (duh) and muscle weights more than fat and you are generally healthier the more muscle you have
