Chris, you're gonna have to rest sometime! You'll burn out with all that intensity!

I forgot to mention that I kick back in my sauna for about an hour on either Saturday or Sunday. That really seems to help keep me focused.

Nope, I'm happily married and she likes having the time to watch Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, General Hospital (she DVR's it), and anything that might be on Lifetime.
Hell, sometimes she even comes downstairs and acts as a spotter for me when I'm playing.

Chris and I are the same age but I'm starting to like his work-out routine a little better.
As to currently doing any MMA training- nope- I wish but I don't the time or money to do so. I took Tae Kwon Do and judo classes as a kid, more TKD than judo and later on I took boxing classes and got to mess around with Muay Thai and BJJ with friends who trained in that.

hehe nice Chris, the wife wants me to start watching private practise with her. I tell her i have more important things to do and come post on here.
Kids killed my gaming. Until they came along i was a 20+ hours a week gamer.

This was last week for my Gray Belt course in MCMAP and standard PT. Runs were conducted in the desert up and down ridiculously named hills.
Monday:
2 hours: 50 push ups, 50 sit ups, 50 squats, 50 pull ups, 3 mile run, 2 max set pull ups.
1 hours: Weapons of opportunity, non-lethal baton, Warrior Studies on the Marine Raiders
Tuesday
2 hours: 4 mile run/circuit course consisting of sprints, push ups, carrying rocks, and rearranging boulders to spell out our unit's name.
2 hours: Ground fighting - armbar techniques, sparring
Wednesday
1 hour: 5 mile run, squats, max set pull ups, rearranging more boulders.
3 hours: Combat Conditioning - 3 mile Boots and utility trousers run through desert with striking bags, half mile fireman carry, 100m buddy pistol belt drag, upper body strikes, lower body strikes, knife techniques.
Thursday
2 hours: 4 mile run, quarter mile ammo can runs, squats, lunges, sprints.
2 hours: Sustainment training
Friday
Test day: Run Obstacle Course twice, take Gray Belt exam.
Saturday, Sunday
Rest, go on carb load.
