quick diet question

Hey I know this is kind of random but do you think I got my calorie calculations right?

-3 egg sandwich on protein bread, half pear, a few blackberries
-protein bar
-two sandwiches(3 slices roast beef, 1 slice provolone cheese) on protein bread
-whey shake and a banana
-8 oz tilapia
-steak or chicken with pasta and either rice or roasted potatoes and vegetables

I know the 8 oz of tilapia is 200 cals and the protein bar is 270 cals and the whey shake plus banana is 200 cals so just those 3 are 670 calories for sure.
The first meal is 460 calories to be exact. So those 4 are 1130 calories.
The dinner is about 600 calories so thats 1730 calories. The sandwich puts it at 2110 calories without the roast beef, I then added 80 twice( for 3 oz of roast beef on each sandwich) and that brings it to 2270 calories. SO what seems more accurate for the above diet list? 2270 or 2500+?

Either way, that is very little food. At the Patriot said, what are your goals? If strength is involved you need lots more food. Whole milk + squats
