foods for the day
Hey guys just a quick question about what im going to be eating tomorrow.
Is this setup for a 16 year old 133 pound person going to make me: Maintain? Lose? or Grow? weight. Any advice would be appreciated.
meal 1- 3 egg sandwich on protein bread, apricot- 480 calories
meal 2- protein bar- 270 calories
meal 3- tuna on whole wheat bagel, carrots, blackberries, ceviche salad- 680 calories
meal 4- protein shake- 120 calories
meal 5- dinner with family(healthy stuff)-usually between 500 and 700 calories
meal 6- protein shake, banana- 210 calories
So it totals out between 2260 and 2460 calories BEFORE the workouts. Which is 30 minutes of core work at 3:00 and an hour long mma class at 6:30 so idk how much those 2 burn combined, im assuming quite a bit but again, i dont know. So would this set up cause a 5'9 133 pounder, 16 years old, to maintain, gain, or lose weight? Thanks!
