Lower abbs
 
Hey guys, I'm a pretty skinny guy, my upper abbs have very little fat on them like the rest of me, but my lower abbs are fast getting a soft exterior, My question is what is the best exercises that target the olwer abbs to loose this weight. Workouts at home is what I'm after, any info would be great :)

You can't spot reduce fat(i.e. doing situps will not give you a flat stomach), do cardio to burn the fat.

Leg raises, captains chair and stuff like that where you bring your knees up.

do both of what Pauly and Negation just said. the combination should do the trick.

Thanks guys, I've just started doing capitans chair, just trying to sort out the bullshit from the stuff that works, so much crap out there that untill you ask someone who is gonna tell you the truth you don't really know.

Also check your diet. This will be one of the biggest factors in reducing body fat.

Abs are all about diet.

However leg raises or captains chair as previously mentioned are the best imo

if you have a friend, have him stand over your head as you lay down so you can see his balls... just kidding, grab his ankles and lift your legs up and have up push your legs away as hard as possible, don't let ur feet ever touch the ground and do a few sets of those. really gets ur core a working :P
