Hey guys, I recently got a new program which im trying to make as best as it can be. I just was looking for any advice here. This is the routine:
Monday-maximal strength training
Tuesday-MMA class and core
Wednesday-Circuit training and wrestling class
Thursday-MMA class and core
Friday-Explosive strength training
Saturday-Muay Thai class and Jiu-Jitsu class
I am 16 years old and I want to fight in amateur mma as soon as I can. I just want to be sure that my schedule looks good to you guys? Its hard to go to more classes then that with school but hows that look?

You should do more skill training IMO.

Monday- Circuit Training to boxing
Tuesday- Jiu-Jitsu to MMA
Wednesday- Circuit Training to boxing
Thursday- Jiu-Jitsu to MMA
Friday- Circuit Training to boxing
Saturday- Muay Thai to Jiu-Jitsu
is that better? Is that schedule enough to build me up to fight amateur? What if I only took jiu-jitsu on saturday and took muay thai before MMA on tuesday and thursday? (Im a striker not a grappler)
the first schedule i think is perfect, stick to it
