training Q's
Hey guys, I recently got a new program which im trying to make as best as it can be. I just was looking for any advice here. This is the routine:
Monday-maximal strength training
Tuesday-MMA class and core
Wednesday-Circuit training and wrestling class
Thursday-MMA class and core
Friday-Explosive strength training
Saturday-Muay Thai class and Jiu-Jitsu class
Sunday-rest
I am 16 years old and I want to fight in amateur mma as soon as I can. I just want to be sure that my schedule looks good to you guys? Its hard to go to more classes then that with school but hows that look?
