What kinda gloves are these?

I know the black pair (slip ons) came with my everlast bag so they must be heavy bag gloves but suck really bad. Everytime I used them I would end up with bloody hands and I'd have to bleach my hand wraps.

The small red pair I know are "Youth Fun Gloves" 9 oz, they are slip ons, they didn't give me much cushion either.

I just bought some new one ones today that looks exactly like the youth ones but they say adult 14 oz but they dont say fun gloves or anything and they slip on. What are they? Are they just heavy bag gloves or what?

All I know is that I took 2 punches and it knocked my whole bag and machine over and put a hole in the wall and I barely hit the damn thing. (Yes I know proper form/stance/jab/punches now, I read and watched all the videos, I didn't use a haymaker or run into it or w/e like I did my videos I posted here before, that was before I learned how to do it right.

Are the heavier they are, the harder the punch? And does it build strength?

Those are just regular shitty boxing gloves. I have a pair of the 9 oz. ones and the ones with no padding as well.

I know everlast is crap but these gloves are amazing compared to the other ones, lots of cushion, I feel nothing out of the punches and it says on the thing no hand wraps required. I took one left jab and a soft right hook to the head of the and flipped the whole thing over.

My jaw dropped, I couldn't believe it. So they cant be too crappy of gloves.

The ones you have are not high quality, trust me. I have a pair of those and then a pair of nice gloves and you can tell the difference. The 9 ouncers feel good because they are small, but they are cheap gloves.

Oh I know they aren't high quality, if they were high quality I'd be paying $200 for some Reyes gloves made of leather. lol.

Are the 9oz ones better to work on for strength or speed? or are they good for nothing at all considering they are for kids anyway? 9oz

And the 14oz, what are they good for?

horus- train with 16oz. Fight with 4oz.

I train with 10ouncers at the gym, but I usually use the 16ouncers when its just me. The 16ouncers feel safer on my hands, but they slow me down, big time. I'd say use 16ouncers

also do you use hand wraps?

You won't need to spend $200 dollars on a good pair. It got some 10oz Fairtex gloves for like £35.
