sully has a little shameless behaviour in the past
what doesn't work for you doesn't necessarily make it "junk" for every other person in existence...also creatine does have many studies you can read up on to disprove what you think about it.

Creatine works and does what is say it does... to an extent.

I've used it in several forms (Mono, CEE, Kre Alkalyn)

Mono is the only form that really did anything. I took it in the form of Vitargo CGL which was a Creatine Mono/Waxy Maize Combo.

I put on some size but I couldn't stand the bloating.

I tried Kre Alkalyn a while ago and didn't notice a damn thing.

CEE was in one of the Pre Workout supplements I took and I didn't know if it was doing anything or not.

I've gained about 30lbs since last summer without the help of Creatine so you don't really need it.

creatine is used to increase the amount of water you can absorb.

like the one guy said,a lot of products are not regulated and the statements haven't been evaluated by the FDA

Like I said 100 times, people react differently to things but also you have to remember to stop letting the placebo effect and false progress (water weight gain from creatine) to keep you wasting your money.

The only other thing that works is that NO Explode stuff. But then that's just another powerful form of creatine. Honestly you don't need anything more than protein shakes and creatine. Trust me. Oh and lots and lots of water
