trib? LOL

do your research on the forum of bb.com so you can all stop being so ignorant.

i gave my review. there's no need for you to act stupid and ask for evidence.

like the one guy said,a lot of products are not regulated and the statements haven't been evaluated by the FDA

Like I said 100 times, people react differently to things but also you have to remember to stop letting the placebo effect and false progress (water weight gain from creatine) to keep you wasting your money.

end thread/

P.S. when you find out i'm right, you can feel free to apologize and rep me
Good grief, BB.com is a good site to if you want to buy supplements, but their forum is one of the last places you want to go for credible information. It seems as if you base all of your information from your own results or hearsay. Do you have any degree in nutritional sciences or sports related sciences? If not, I'd suggest you stop trying to pose as some subject related expert. Doing so seems to be unhealthy for your forum popularity.

So we are supposed to take the advice of a guy who was obese most of his life and never trained properly on what supplements do and don't work? Excellent. And jesus man I just checke out your log on BB.com. I mean, I don't mean to be rude but you should probably head to like Sherdog and read all the FAQs in the training section. A couple of times.

BB.com is full of morons. It's a laughing stock. Go to a place like MarundeMuscle and share your wisdom. See how they react.

All your respnses are making me laugh in this thread southpaw.

I agree with this. What your going to get over at bodybuilding.com forum is a bunch of bro science.

-Broscience is the predominant brand of reasoning in bodybuilding circles where the anecdotal reports of jacked dudes are considered more credible than scientific research.

Yeah his log is just plain. Dumb he's 135lbs and he's trying to cut using a supplement (fat burner) made by Dave Palumbo. Not realizing that when he finishes cutting he's going to look like an ethiopian. Not to mention he's eating like shit and training like a bitch

PLus didn't he just post 6 pages ago that Fat Burners were one of the many useless supplements?

Being he is bodybuilder (as he claims) I don't think Sherdog's S&P is going to help him and in fact he'll probably catch a ton of shit over there for it

never said I was a bodybuilder. training until your sweating and bleedding and you can't move isnt hard enough?

I was 156, that's a loss of 21 lbs. I wont look ethopian, I will have a slimmer stomach, and a more toned look. I'm not trying ot be the next jay cutler. I said only stimulant fat burners where the main ingredient was caffeine and I even notated that other fat burners I have no experience with yet. so you can stop bashing me now. please and thank you.

I have nothing else to say.

No, the S&P is not very understanding or supportive, or open minded for that matter. But the FAQ is good for anyone who needs to know the basics of lifting.

Horus Ra, we are trying to help. Some of the guys may be acting in a douchebaggy way, but we are trying to expose you to information that would be beneficial to you, as someone who is trying to get their life turned around and get healthy and all that shit. You aren't going to look "toned" whatever the hell that is, if you lose another 20lbs. You are already skinny at 5'6 and 140. A guy like you can actually lose fat while gaining muscle and eating and lifting right.
