what is your definition of bodybuilder because maybe i am confused.

is your definition of bodybuilder someone who is already successful that looks like jay cutler or frank zane?

or is it a man who is just trying to imrpove his health trying to use the bodybuilding science to help him along hte way?

Bodybuilding refers to individuals who lift for the purpose of muscle hypertrophy.

Not necessarily a person who steps on stage doused in BBQ sauce, but someone who lifts for the purpose of building muscle

Okay then by your definition, you could assume yes. I don't consider myself a bodybuilder though.

I like half the members of the forum are supplement experts

I heartily accept the motto, "That government is best which governs least"; and I should like to see it acted up to more rapidly and systematically.

I was 156, that's a loss of 21 lbs. I wont look ethopian, I will have a slimmer stomach, and a more toned look. I'm not trying ot be the next jay cutler. I said only stimulant fat burners where the main ingredient was caffeine and I even notated that other fat burners I have no experience with yet. so you can stop bashing me now. please and thank you.

I have nothing else to say.
Thank god.

You what, southpaw? First of all, you'd do well by not being condescending and going on as if you are the only person on this board who knows a thing two about supplements, because you aren't. Your not special, i'm afraid. Secondly, i'm sorry to burst your bubble but not everybody here feels like they have to rely on all the latest supplements in the world in order to achieve their goals.

It really is as simple as eating well, working out sensibly and being aided by regular consumptions of protein shakes and creatine. It's THAT simple and if you think that it ain't then it's you who don't know shit. Twat.

He does know a lot about supplements though... no need to be jealous.

Lol!! yeah i'm jealous of a guy who feels he needs to prove to an entire forum that he knows more than everybody else about so and so. Yup, i'm green with envy.

Anyways, how do you know what he knows and how comes you feel the need to lick up his backside?
